We treat every nomination like a field report — read carefully, verified honestly, and handled by people, not algorithms. Here's the timeline from the second you submit to the day your hero hits the Showcase.
Receipt & Confirmation
A confirmation lands in your inbox with your dossier number. Keep it — you'll need it if you want to add anything later.
First Read
A human reads every story — start to finish. We're not skimming. If we have questions, we'll reach out to you directly.
Verification
Service records, references, and impact are cross-checked. We won't publish anything we can't stand behind.
The Call
If approved, we contact the hero directly to coordinate photos, copy, and the cause they want supported. You're cc'd on everything.
Showcase & Vote
Their dossier is published in the Showcase. The community casts votes. A portion of Round-05 proceeds is allocated to their cause based on results.
