  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind are not accepted. We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order. If sizing is an issue, please reach out to our Customer Support to discuss potential solutions.

Return Process

  3. Return Shipping:
    For approved returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. For non-approved returns, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Unclaimed or Unauthorized Returns

Returns shipped without prior authorization or unclaimed at our facility will be held for 30 days. After this period, any unclaimed items may be donated to charity.

Donation Transparency

Please note that a portion of every purchase is donated to support our mission. Returned items will not have their donation portion reallocated—the funds continue to support our ongoing initiatives.
